Lessons will be at the University of Law :
29 June to 10 July 2026
20 July to 31 July 2026
Our Leeds summer school takes place at The University of Law campus, located right in the heart of the city. Unlike Oxford’s leafy Headington, here you’ll experience a truly urban setting – just a short walk from shops, cafés, historic landmarks, and Leeds’ vibrant city centre.
The University of Law itself has a long tradition, dating back to 1876, and is now one of the UK’s most respected providers of legal education. Today, the Leeds campus hosts both British and international students, offering a professional and welcoming environment for study. For CES, it becomes the perfect base for our summer school, giving you the chance to learn English in a modern university building while being surrounded by the lively atmosphere of Leeds.
Bright, modern classrooms with interactive technology
Table Tennis, loads of board games available in the common room.
Student lounge and social areas
Being in the centre of Leeds, you’re never far from banks, pharmacies, gyms, cinemas, and shopping centres
The University of Law campus is ideally placed for exploring Leeds and beyond.
It’s within easy walking distance of the train station, shopping areas, and city attractions.
Local buses stop nearby, making travel quick and convenient.
Coach pick-up and drop-off points for excursions are just outside the building.
For live bus information, download the CityMapper app from the Google Play or Apple store – it’s simple to use and very helpful.
Students and Group Leaders should wear their lanyard at all times on the campus. If you don't, you will be asked to return home to collect it!!
If you are worried about somebody you see on the campus, tell a member of staff.
